We are writing to remind you that our parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Thursday, December 11th. This meeting is a crucial opportunity for you to sit down with your child’s teacher, discuss their progress and growth at DJP, and receive a written report covering age-appropriate development and skills.
You will have a chance to ask questions and learn about the amazing things we have observed about your child this semester.
To accommodate these meetings, all grades will be dismissed at 12:30 PM (after lunch). Conferences will begin at 3:00 PM in the respective classrooms, with each session lasting 15 minutes.
We ask for your cooperation in respecting the time allocated for your meeting and for other families; should additional time be necessary, a personal follow-up meeting can be scheduled.
A sign-up form with time slots will be available the week of December 1st for you to select your preferred time.
Please note that these meetings are in-person only, as a Zoom option is not available.
A great deal of time and preparation goes into organizing these conferences, and we highly encourage your attendance, as understanding your child’s progress is key to a healthy and successful school year at DJP.
