This Breathwork Ceremony is a practice of deep self exploration. Throughout life we experience many thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Sometimes these experiences can hold a visceral charge, such as when we feel frightened, anxious or excitement. When we start to feel that energy in our body it can take us out of presence, our being present in the moment. We have developed by way of doing breathwork practices that enhance our capacity, by doing so we have created the spaciousness, quite literally, to be with those experiences without being thrown by them. With this breathwork we start to hone in on the tension we hold in our body, bringing an awareness to body mind where it’s getting blocked up or constricted. The more we are able to hone in on that feeling, the more presence we cultivate.
